Travel Inspiration with Gizem Toker

Intro

Travel inspiration

As our Instagram community is growing fast and we’ve already reached 20k followers, we got an unbelievable chance to interact with some amazing travelers from all around the world. So, we came up with an idea to introduce the most outstanding ones and their inspiring stories to everyone. We hope that you’ll have as an amazing time reading these stories, as we had collecting them.

Photography is a fine art – it has a huge power to inspire others. And so does the photos of our Instagram friend Gizem Toker. Gizem is a self-taught travel and wedding photographer from Turkey, who, actually, left her true profession – chemistry – behind in order to travel around the world! Gizem fell in love with photography back in the university were she studied Chemistry, and she became so passionate about it, that after graduating from university she left her true profession behind and became a professional photographer. Now it’s been already three years since Gizem is traveling the world with her camera and capturing all the beauty around her.

We follow Gizem on Instagram and we are captivated every time we see her photos in our news feed. We love her photography style and we are inspired by how much of her time she spends on the road. Several weeks ago we decided to ask her if she could share her inspirational adventures with us. Luckily, she found us time and today we can share some of her great travel stories with you, Dear Reader!

We asked Gizem about:

And here is what she told us.

About TravelersChild

We tend to give a different perspective on traveling and give you more natural view on what’s happening on our travels. We don’t spend hours waiting for right conditions to take a photo or nor we believe in writing about every experience as it was a time of our lifetime or something that will stay in our memories forever. It is how it is, some things we like, some we don’t, some are neutral. We don’t fancy bloggers, who write about everything with unnecessary ton of exaggerated emotions and we wish in our blog posts to convey our emotions and experiences as they were, not how they should be in perfect world. Hope you enjoy reading our blog as much as we enjoy writing it!
